Etihad Cargo’s inaugural freighter flight to Ezhou Huahu Airport in China arrives on August 18
هوبي في 18 أغسطس/ وام/ أعلنت الاتحاد للشحن، ذراع عمليات الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية التابع للاتحاد للطيران، عن تسيير أولى رحلاتها إلى مطار إيتشو هواهو، لتصبح مع وصول طائرة بوينج 200-777 إلى المطار اليوم، أول شركة شحن جوي دولية تسيّر رحلاتها إلى المطار. ويقع مطار إيتشو هواهو في مقاطعة هوبي الصينية، وتم تطويره ليصبح أول المطارات المتخصصة بالشحن في قارة آسيا والرابع على مستوى العالم. ويحتضن المطار محطة شحن تبلغ مساحتها 23 ألف متر مربع، ومركز عبور للبضائع بمساحة 700 ألف متر مربع، حيث يشكل المطار بوابة للتجارة الجوية بين الصين وبقية دول العالم. ومن المتوقع أن يفتتح المطار عشرة مسارات شحن دولية، و50 مساراً محلياً بحلول عام 2025، على أن تكون سعة الشحن والبريد السنوية 2.45 مليون طن. ويأتي توسيع أعمال الاتحاد للشحن إلى مطار إيتشو هواهو في أعقاب توقيعها اتفاقية موسعة مع خطوط “ إس إف الجوية” ، لزيادة سعة الشحن الجوي بين الصين ومختلف أنحاء العالم عن طريق مركز الاتحاد للشحن في أبوظبي. وتعزز هذه الشراكة وصول عملاء الاتحاد للشحن وشركائها إلى 25 وجهة صينية محلية، بما فيها شنجن وهانجتشو وتشنجدو ونانجينغ. وتتيح الاتفاقية لخطوط “ إس إف الجوية ” الاستفادة من الشبكة العالمية للاتحاد للشحن بهدف تعزيز خدمة الشحن السريعة الخاصة بها. وقال ريان إبراهيم الهدار، المدير العام للمبيعات والعلاقات الحكومية في دولة الإمارات لدى “الاتحاد للشحن”: “ يعد إيتشو هواهو أول مطار متخصص في الشحن الجوي على مستوى المنطقة، حيث يربط بين خمس مجموعات من المدن على المستوى الوطني في الصين من خلال البنية التحتية للسكك الحديدية والممرات المائية والطرق السريعة والنقل الجوي”. وأضاف أن تسيير رحلة شحن جوي بين أبوظبي وإيتشو يوفر فرصاً كبيرة بالتعاون مع خطوط “إس إف الجوية” الشريكة للاتحاد للشحن، مما يتيح للشركة توسيع وصولها إلى السوق الصينية، التي تُعد إحدى المناطق الرئيسية بالنسبة للشركة وعملائها وشركائها. وأوضح أن المرافق المتطورة والتكنولوجيا الذكية المتوفرة في المطار تمثل مستقبل قطاع الشحن الجوي، مشيرا إلى أن الاتحاد للشحن تلتزم بتحقيق النمو المشترك وتعزيز العلاقات بين دولة الإمارات والصين استناداً إلى النجاح الكبير الذي أحرزه المسار الجديد. من جانبه، قال روبرت تشانغ، المدير التجاري لدى خطوط إس إف الجوية: “يستفيد المطار من موقعه وسط الصين لربط المدن الرئيسية في الدولة من خلال رحلات جوية تصل مدتها إلى ساعتين فقط. كما يوفر المطار خدمات شاملة تضم، على سبيل المثال، مركزاً للمناولة السريعة والفرز وخدمات الصيانة والإصلاح والعمرة، إلى جانب احتضانه محطة للشحن الدولي”. وأضاف أن المطار يساهم أيضاً في دعم عمليات خطوط إس إف الجوية، حيث نطمح أن يساهم هذا التطور الذي يشهده المطار في توفير قيمة أكبر ومزيد من الفرص بما يعزز الشراكة بين خطوط “إس إف الجوية ” والاتحاد للشحن. من جهته قال لو جوي، سكرتير الحزب ورئيس مجلس إدارة شركة مطار هوبى الدولي اللوجستي المحدودة: “يسرّنا أن نشهد تسيير أولى رحلات الاتحاد للشحن إلى مطار إيتشو هواهو، والذي يشكل الإعلان الرسمي عن إطلاق خدمات الشحن الجوي بين أبوظبي وإيتشو”. وأضاف “إيتشو هواهو” هو أول مطار متخصص بالشحن الجوي في آسيا والرابع على مستوى العالم، فضلاً عن كونه مشروعا ضخما لتعزيز الناتج القومي الصيني وبوابة للتجارة الجوية بين الصين وبقية دول العالم. وأوضح أن تسيير رحلة أسبوعية للشحن الجوي بين أبوظبي وإيتشو تلعب دوراً فعالاً ومهماً في تعزيز العلاقات بين الصين والدول والمناطق في إطار مبادرة الحزام والطريق. وقال: ” نتوجه بالشكر للاتحاد للشحن على دعمهم في تحقيق رؤية مطار إيتشو هواهو ليصبح مركزاً عالمياً للشحن الجوي، ونتطلع للتعاون معهم لتحقيق مزيد من الازدهار للطرفين وتعزيز التبادل التجاري بين دول مبادرة الحزام والطريق، بالإضافة إلى تطوير المركز المشترك بين إيتشو وأبوظبي”. وتشكل إضافة مطار إيتشو إلى شبكة الاتحاد للشحن أحدث خطوة في إطار التزام الاتحاد للشحن المستمر تجاه السوق الصينية. كما تسهم خدمة الشحن الجوي الجديدة بين أبوظبي وإيتشو في تمكين الاتحاد للشحن من تلبية الطلب المتزايد على سعة الشحن الجوي من الصين، فضلاً عن ترسيخ مكانتها بوصفها شريك الشحن الجوي المفضل في المنطقة. وتعتزم الاتحاد للشحن مواصلة استكشاف فرص توسيع شبكتها وتوفير مسارات جديدة لشركائها وعملائها بين الصين ودولة الإمارات وباقي دول العالم.
Etihad Cargo, the cargo and logistics arm of Etihad Airways, has operated the carrier’s inaugural flight to Ezhou Huahu Airport. Etihad Cargo’s Boeing 777-200 freighter arrived in Ezhou on 18th August, making the carrier the first international airline to operate flights to the airport.
Located in the Hubei Province of China, Ezhou Huahu Airport was developed as Asia’s first and the world’s fourth professional cargo airport. Equipped with a 23,000-square-metre cargo terminal and a 700,000-square-metre freight transit centre, the airport serves as a gateway for air trade between China and the rest of the world.
The airport is expected to open ten international cargo routes and 50 domestic routes by 2025, with an annual cargo and mail throughput of 2.45 million tonnes.
Etihad Cargo’s expansion to Ezhou Huahu Airport follows the carrier’s announcement that it has expanded its reciprocal block space agreement with SF Airlines to increase cargo capacity between China and the rest of the world via Etihad Cargo’s hub in Abu Dhabi.
This partnership has given Etihad Cargo’s partners and customers greater accessibility to 25 domestic Chinese destinations, including Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Chengdu and Nanjing. SF Airlines benefits from Etihad Cargo’s global network for its express product.

The commencement of a weekly freighter service between Abu Dhabi and Ezhou opens up new interline opportunities with Etihad Cargo’s partner SF Airlines and will enable the carrier to further expand its reach into the Chinese market, which is a key region to the airline and Etihad Cargo’s customers and partners.

The addition of Ezhou to Etihad Cargo’s network is the latest step in the carrier’s ongoing commitment to the Chinese market. The new freighter service between Abu Dhabi and Ezhou will enable Etihad Cargo to meet increased demand for cargo capacity out of China and cement the carrier’s position as the air cargo partner of choice in this key region.
The carrier will continue to explore opportunities to add depth to its network and provide partners and customers with greater connectivity between China, the UAE and the rest of the world.
