Easing restrictions will spice up tourism sector
Al Bandar Rotana, a five-star hotel with a prime waterfront outlook, has warmly welcomed the government’s announcement to lift capacity limits at shopping malls, entertainment and F&B venues, public transport and social gatherings from February 15.
Ayman Ashor, General Manager, Al Bandar Rotana and Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana hotel, said that lifting restrictions would provide more avenues to accommodate more guests, host larger events and outside catering.
“This move will bring more business which will accelerate the economic growth after the pandemic. We look forward to ending this pandemic.”
“Easing restrictions is a clear indicator that the COVID 19 may soon be an endemic virus like any other viruses. We look forward to families and the general public enjoying each and every moment with their loved ones when they go out and celebrate the new norm.” Ashor added.
“The move would directly impact an increase in footfall as more consumers will be out and about. With fears allayed and rising consumer confidence in the healthcare system of the UAE, the move will no doubt increase revenue over all business sectors.”
“It’s a great move by the government, and we expect to see more family gatherings at our property.”
