Azizi Developments launches AED 30 billion Azizi Venice in Dubai South
دبي في 28 سبتمبر / وام / كشفت عزيزي للتطوير العقاري عن خططها لتطوير مشروع عزيزي ڤينيس المستوحى من مدينة البندقية الإيطالية على الواجهة البحرية في منطقة دبي الجنوب بتكلفة نحو 30 مليار درهم. ومن بين أبرز المعالم لهذا المشروع الذي سيوفر 24 مليون قدم مربع من المساحة الطابقية الإجمالية على قطعة أرض تبلغ مساحتها 15 مليون قدم مربعة، بوليفارد فاخر للمشاة يمكن التحكم بدرجة حرارته وأوبرا ثانية، فضلاً عن مجموعة واسعة من المرافق الأخرى. وتتولى عزيزي دور المطور الرئيسي المسؤول عن إنشاء المباني والطرق وجميع البنى التحتية للمشروع متعدد الاستخدامات والذي سيضم أكثر من 30,000 وحدة سكنية موزعة على ما يقرب من 100 مجمع سكني، بالإضافة إلى أكثر من 400 فيلا ومنزل فاخر. ووفق بيان الشركة يُتوقع أن يستقبل عزيزي ڤينيس أكثر من 30 ألف زائر يومياً، وسيوفر هذا المشروع فندقين من فئة الخمس نجوم تملكهما وتديرهما عزيزي، إضافة إلى فندق خاص يقع على الجزيرة وسط البحيرة. وقال مرويس عزيزي، مؤسس ورئيس مجلس إدارة عزيزي للتطوير العقاري: “سيكون المشروع موطناً لنحو 80 ألف نسمة، ونقطة جذب سياحية رائعة لقرابة 30 ألف زائر يومياً”. ويقع المشروع على بعد خمس دقائق فقط بالسيارة من مطار آل مكتوم الدولي، وعلى بعد دقائق قليلة من مبنى الطيران الخاص، ولكن دون وجود أي حركة جوية فوقه، وتتمتع الأرض بموقع جيد للغاية لتطوير مجمع فاخر.
Azizi Developments has just revealed its plans for Azizi Venice, its venetian-inspired luxury waterfront lifestyle community, set entirely within a swimmable crystal-blue water lagoon, in the rapidly growing Dubai South. The big reveal took place on Wednesday, the 27th of September at an extravagant launch event hosted in the renowned Coca-Cola Arena, City Walk that saw over 10,000 attendees and performances from the likes of Nancy Ajram.
The AED 30 billion high-end mixed-use desert oasis community, which will feature over 30,000 residential units, including 100 mid-rise apartment complexes and more than 400 luxury villas and mansions, will be set entirely within one of the largest crystal-blue water lagoons in the world
Among its highlights, the community, which will boast 24 million square feet of GFA on a highly coveted 15-million-square-foot plot of land, will also feature a luxurious temperature-controlled pedestrianised boulevard and Dubai’s second opera, among a wide range of other very unique, lifestyle-enhancing amenities. The world-renowned multi-disciplinary design firm AE7 serves as the consultant for Azizi Venice.
